Job description
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage course schedules and progress in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
  • Collect progress reports from teachers.
  • Remind parents and teachers about Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and conduct the meetings.
  • Provide customers with up-to-date information on student progress, achievements, and class lesson developments.
  • Facilitate communication among course teachers, parents, and students to monitor teaching quality and academic results, while maintaining strong relationships with the Centre Manager and all customers to meet renewal targets.
  • Achieve targets for retention, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Record essential information regarding student progress, summaries, and transition test results.
  • Observe lessons to assess students' achievements, progress, and concerns, and share feedback with parents.
  • Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Manager to distribute course certificates.
  • Create and facilitate activities for students who are waiting before and after class.
  • Address and resolve complaints and suggestions from customers.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company when necessary.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Education or English.
  • A good team player.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and manage uncertainty.

  • Skilled in emotional management.
