Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage course schedules and progress in collaboration with the Centre Manager.
- Collect progress reports from teachers.
- Remind parents and teachers about Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and conduct the meetings.
- Provide customers with up-to-date information on student progress, achievements, and class lesson developments.
- Facilitate communication among course teachers, parents, and students to monitor teaching quality and academic results, while maintaining strong relationships with the Centre Manager and all customers to meet renewal targets.
- Achieve targets for retention, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
- Record essential information regarding student progress, summaries, and transition test results.
- Observe lessons to assess students' achievements, progress, and concerns, and share feedback with parents.
- Coordinate with teachers and the Centre Manager to distribute course certificates.
- Create and facilitate activities for students who are waiting before and after class.
- Address and resolve complaints and suggestions from customers.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company when necessary.
Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Education or English.
