Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery:
    • Lead end-to-end strategy engagements, including corporate strategy, growth strategy, and PMI (Post-Merger Integration), for Indonesian and multinational companies.
    • Act as a manager of strategy projects, managing internal teams and coordinating client stakeholders across business units and functions.
    • Develop insights and strategic recommendations through in-depth market research, market needs and competitive analysis, etc.
    • Design and implement PMI roadmaps, synergy tracking mechanisms, and change management plans post-acquisition.
    • Facilitate executive workshops and board-level presentations to align key stakeholders on strategic directions.
  • Business Development:
    • Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, Establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities
    • Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients
  • Team Management:
    • Team Building through Mentoring and coaching junior consultants and analysts in daily work and long-term development.
    • Self-development: Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company\'s upcoming projects.
Qualifications
  • Have 9+ years of work experience.
  • Have working experiences in business consulting firms.
  • Over 3 years of work experience as a Manager in a Consulting firm.
  • Having solid consulting skills in Business Strategy, Growth Strategy or Post Merger Integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to lead hypothesis-driven approaches and data-based analysis.
  • Have strong integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as consultant.
  • Communication Skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.
