Job summary

A leading esport and entertainment company in Jakarta Utara seeks a professional to manage sponsor relationships and ensure effective delivery of services. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, analyzing sponsor performance data, and maintaining necessary documentation. This role requires experience in account management and a passion for the gaming industry, with reports to sponsors and company stakeholders.

  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic partnership, account management, client service, and agency.
  • Strong analytical mindset in tracking SOW, KPIs, and sponsor performance.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsors.
  • Manage sponsor Scope of Work (SOW) end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate proactively with internal divisions (Production, Talent, Event, Merchandise, Community, Finance).
  • Track, analyze, and interpret sponsor performance data (reach, views, engagement, activation outputs, etc).
  • Identify early warning signals related to sponsor performance or satisfaction and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for sponsors and internal parties (Monthly and Yearly).
  • Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and partnership administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, Communication Management, Sports Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic partnership, account management, client service and agency.
  • Experience in partnership management, account handling, or client facing roles.
  • Exposure to digital campaign, content‑based activation, or sponsorship programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset in tracking SOW, KPIs, and sponsor performance.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, proactive, detail‑oriented, disciplined, accountable.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data and reports (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace).
Preferred
  • Knowledge and passion for e‑sport and/or gaming industry.
  • Experience in partnership, account management, agency, or brand side roles.
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, views).
  • Background in e‑sports, media, entertainment, or FMCG campaigns.
