Retail Operations Manager (Luxury Fashion / Multi‑brand)

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager with a strong background in fashion retail to lead our store team, drive sales, and ensure brand excellence across our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Train and develop team members.
• Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to company guidelines, operational policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and strive for customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience leading a team within the retail industry (experience in fashion retail preferred).
