Responsibilities
- Coordinate with store teams regarding customer issues.
- Maintain excellent service standards in line with company SOP.
- Ensure proper delivery and packing of goods.
- Provide general customer assistance and support.
- Collaborate independently or in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; hospitality services preferred.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail front‑liner roles or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work shifts and on weekends/ national holidays.
- Detail‑oriented, quick, and responsible.
