Responsibilities

• Explain and offer complex products/solutions to potential customers.
• Support sales activities by providing hybrid and multi-service alternatives.
• Prepare technical aspects to support the sales team's tender activities.
• Evaluate sales proposal content and ensure data completeness.
• Prepare technical aspects for the tender process.
• Conduct solution socialization and provide technical explanations to the internal operations team.
• Develop and prepare technical aspects based on customer requests and coordinate with the internal operations team/vendor to deliver the best solution to customers.
• Support the sales team in technical presentations to customers.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline by ensuring that the proposed solutions align with customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and vendors, to enhance solution effectiveness and sales success
• Maintain professionalism in the workplace by demonstrating discipline, effective communication, and strong technical expertise in interactions with customers and internal teams
