Job description

Responsibilities

• Arrange the monthly work activities within the Software Engineering unit or team in accordance with the monthly targets set by the supervisor.
• Monitor and evaluate the achievement of the monthly work plan realization, as well as handle any daily issues (troubleshooting) that may arise within the Software Engineering unit or team.
• Ensure accuracy in reporting and regularly communicating work progress within the Software Engineering unit or team to the supervisor.
• Provide suggestions and input related to improvements within the work unit.
• Develop the potential of subordinates by providing coaching and guidance based on regular performance evaluations to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Establish and implement team working foundations using SCRUM, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
• Distribute tasks according to each team member’s characteristics.
• Ensure that the user requirements provided by the Product Owner are well understood by the team and can be executed properly within the agreed timeline.
• Ensure that the completed work aligns with the user requirements.
• Minimize bugs systematically.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).

Experience

• 2 - 4 years in related field of work

Training

• Agile/Scrum Master training.
• Training in specific programming languages or frameworks.
• Application security training (e.g., CEH, CSSLP).
