Job description

PT. Konecranes Material Handling Indonesia is looking for a Service Technician based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur (Contract Under Outsource).

Position Summary:

You will perform service execution and handle on-call duties for Crane Service and other assignments. You will report to the Service Manager & Field Supervisor. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance of crane products.
2. Troubleshoot crane products.
3. Handle on-call duties for crane products.
4. Submit complete service reports and recommendations to the Field Supervisor within two (2) days after job completion; report to supervisor after completing the job.
5. Follow safety regulations such as safety driving, working at heights, job safety analysis, including 5-S practices.
6. Assist the Field Supervisor in field job execution and workshop activities.
7. Perform service jobs according to work instructions and ensure customer approval.
8. Maintain and operate service vehicles with fleet management system.
9. Maintain tools, PPE, and service vehicles.
10. Manage productivity and control expenses.
11. Attend periodic service and safety training.
12. Perform other responsibilities as directed by the manager.
13. Sign service reports.
14. Provide technical recommendations.
15. Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma III in Electrical or Vocational School in electrical with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Ability to work at heights and as part of a team.
3. Hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
4. Willing to be placed in Surabaya or on project assignments around Indonesia.
5. Willing to be hired under outsource arrangement.
