Job summary

A medical equipment company based in Bengkulu is seeking a technician to ensure the readiness of HD & RO machines, conduct regular maintenance, and provide technical support. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electro medic, 1-2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machines and preparing reports on maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge in Hemodialysis Product is required.
• Ability to compose various reports and operate office software.

Qualifications

• Candidate at least have diploma degree from reputable university. (esp.: D3 Electro medic)
• Having 1-2 years experience in related field.
• Having knowledge in Hemodialysis Product.
• Good in machine maintenance/services.
• Understand about machine manual book/product instrument.
• Able to compose daily/weekly/monthly report.
• Having active STR is an advantage.
• Have good communication skills in carrying out maintenance or repair of machines
• Able to operate the office and make daily/weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure readiness of HD & RO machines before distribution
• Ensure that all equipment functions properly after it is handed over until it is used by the user
• Carry out periodic maintenance through routine visits and record all activities on the applicable "Technical Form".
• Perform problem solving (troubleshooting) on products if they experience problems, so that the use of spare parts is more effective and efficient
• Create daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports and activity plans regarding maintenance and major services
• Provide technical training to customers in terms of machine maintenance
• Provide technical support to other teams (clinical / sales) in trials, installations or technical-related presentations
• Working with the sales service team to increase product penetration
• Active and able to identify new business opportunities and follow up on potential business opportunities
• Ensure that all services are carried out on time and efficiently, resulting in customer satisfaction
• Maintain a database of all equipment including experimental machines and Company toolskits managed by each company
