ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
  • Duties related to the day-to-day functions associated with planning, supplies, and operations.
  • Able to develop and implement planning plans & KPI for oversea planners.
  • Able to work independently oversea.
  • Create and oversee master schedules and calendars, and monitor inventory lists and supply orders.
  • Experience in managing oversea EMS factory’s operation.
  • Experience in oversea production transfer & sustaining project management.
  • Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and work tasks involving other teams or staff members.
  • Work closely with Planning Director to make sure team’s daily focus are aligned with the company's direction.
  • Manage OEMs to plan capacity and material, skillful to analyze line capacity and tooling capacity.
  • Drive OEMs to hit goal of On-Time Delivery and Lead Time.
  • Control inventory level in line to business need. Scrub the E&O and find opportunities for reduction.
  • Demand management, communicate closely with NA team.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
  • Good written and spoken in English is must. Spoken in Chinese is a plus.
  • > 8 years of experience with people management skill in Supply chain/Planning.
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Power point application.

Travel requirements: Business needed.
