Job description

This role will serve as the cornerstone of international expansion efforts, delivering tailored solutions across audit, assurance, and advisory engagements in the EMEA region. The Senior Solutions Engineer will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences from initial demos to full adoption. This hybrid role involves pre‑sales consulting, implementation, and post‑sales support while establishing scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices for the region. The position offers an opportunity to influence product development with regional insights, optimize workflows, and help shape the future of audit and advisory digitization. Success requires strong technical expertise, deep understanding of assurance and audit processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with Sales to design and deliver customized product demos, proofs‑of‑concept, and solution proposals for EMEA prospects.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures and system configurations aligned with audit and advisory workflows.
  • Support RFP responses, scoping discussions, and executive‑level value proposition delivery.
  • Lead customer implementation projects, including configuration, training, data migration, and process design.
  • Develop region‑specific demo materials, onboarding playbooks, and best practices for EMEA adoption.
  • Gather structured customer feedback to inform product enhancements and localization priorities.
  • Serve as a regional expert on platform capabilities, audit workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation, enablement materials, and case studies highlighting customer success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or similar roles within audit, advisory, or SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of Assurance, Audit, or Risk Advisory workflows.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience configuring SaaS systems, analyzing data, and mapping business processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast‑paced, startup environments and building processes from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Bonus: experience with Big 4, large accounting, or mid‑market professional services firms; familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, Internal Audit, or GDPR frameworks.
