Qualifications & Requirements

• At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker
• Willingness to commit for a long‑term career in a retail company
• Has strong technical knowledge of the organization’s products, services and sales techniques
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
