• Lead packaging productivity projects in SEA market, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.
• Manage packaging projects covering size changes, structure changes, and other technical support areas.
• Develop new packaging materials, functions, formats, and engineering introductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, PCM, MSC, Procurement, R&D product team, Quality, and Global R&D.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, labs, and colleges.

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the food industry or FMCG.
• Project management skills, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
