About the Role:
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, service charge allocation, billing/collections, and variance analysis.
  • Lead on‑site teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, security, housekeeping, tenant relations), ensuring high service levels and operational excellence.
  • Manage retail and residential operations—including tenant mix strategy, renewal negotiations, mall activation/events, and community engagement.
  • Oversee facilities management, CAPEX projects, preventive & corrective maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety codes and statutory regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for owners and investors, providing strategic insights, performance reporting, and recommendations to enhance asset value.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of property management experience, with proven exposure to residential/apartment buildings, mixed‑use, retail malls, or large multi‑building developments.
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L responsibility, cost optimisation, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional teams and multiple vendors at scale and having strong understanding of building operations, retail/residential tenant management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
