Job description

This is a hands-on senior technical role combining Odoo ERP development and ERP architecture, with a strong emphasis on Flutter (web & mobile) for internal application development.

The ideal candidate is a senior Odoo developer who is comfortable acting as an ERP Architect, while actively coding and building Flutter-based applications integrated with Odoo via APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and define ERP system architecture aligned with business needs

Perform hands-on Odoo ERP development and customization

Develop and maintain Flutter applications (web & mobile) for internal systems

Design and implement API integrations between Flutter apps and Odoo

Customize Odoo modules using Python and Odoo framework

Develop backend services and APIs to support Flutter applications

Manage and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance

Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure system scalability, security, and long-term maintainability

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Developer / IT Architect with strong programming background

Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development and customization

Proficient in Python and Odoo API

Hands-on experience developing applications using Flutter (web & mobile) → this is a must

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration

Solid experience in database management (PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS)

Comfortable working in a high workload, fast-paced environment

Willing to work full WFO in Central Jakarta and handle frequent overtime

Willing to work on a 3-month contract (extendable)
