Job description

• Bachelor Degree in Mining, Geology or Civil Engineering.
• Experience minimum 10 - 15years in coal mining industry (preferably open pit mining).
• Strong knowledge in coal mine technical and mine planning process including exploration, mine design, mine costing & cost control, reclamation, mine closure, etc.
• Strong knowledge in pit operation activity, operational cost and budgeting controland English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, etc.
• Indian expatriates are welcome to apply, must be able & fluent to communicate in both Bahasa.

Job Description:

• Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly pit operation plan such as mining sequence,dump sequence, and coal quality.
• Develop detailed mine designs, scheduling, and cost estimates using advanced computer modeling software.
• Mine design and scheduling.
• Team Controlling & Cost control analysis.
• Mine planning; Short term and Long term & Data management.
• Monitoring production processes or mining activities.
• Analyzing Environmental Impacts (AMDAL).
• Mastering Software Engineering (Minescape, X-Pac, Surpac, Minex, etc.).
• Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and implementing mine plans.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability of mining operations through optimized coal extraction.
