A leading F&B brand is looking for a Head of Restaurant in Jakarta Selatan. The role includes managing revenue and P&L, partnerships with suppliers, and creating effective marketing strategies. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, particularly as a restaurant manager, and ideally possess strong operational management skills. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

Currently our client who is a well established brand in the F&B Industry is looking for a Head of Restaurant to join their team. Below are the details:

  • Responsible for the revenue and P&L.
  • Managing the partnership (restos).
  • Deal and do joined business plan with the suppliers (such as Malindo Feedmill).
  • Marketing strategy: Market penetration, educate potential partners, create SOP for partners, (new) product development, brand awareness, advertising, influencer marketing, media release, push online platform, thematic promo, campaign etc.
  • Involved in Sunny Chick other consumer goods products like Teh Pucuk, when there was a bundling program with Sunny Chick projects.
  • Reported to and managed directly 2 people (Manager and Assistant Manager Operation) with total in SC: 92 people (in HO = 23 people and for field officer and crew outlet = 69 people).
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience working in F&B Industry (especially fried chicken restaurant).
  • Strong experience as Restaurant Manager.
  • Having experience expanding new branches, managing operational, and finding a strategic location.
  • Can communicate in English would be an advantage.
