A corporate advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager in Due Diligence to lead due diligence engagements in corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience including public accounting and corporate finance expertise, alongside strong leadership and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and relevant professional certifications are a plus.
As a Senior Manager in Due Diligence, you will play a key role in leading and participating in due diligence engagements related to corporate finance transactions. You will collaborate closely with team members, ensuring the highest quality of work by sharing responsibilities, providing guidance, maintaining clear communication, and keeping senior stakeholders updated on progress.
Minimum 5 years in a public accounting firm (auditing) and Overall 10+ years of combined professional experience, including exposure in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Support, or Financial Due Diligence.
Solid understanding of PSAK and working knowledge of IFRS.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching teams effectively.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or CMA will be considered a strong advantage.
