Job summary

A leading retail company based in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Finance Accounting and Tax Staff to manage journal payments, prepare financial reports, and assist the finance team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in a public accounting firm, and skills in ERP/SAP and Excel. Responsibilities

• Review journal payments and pay-ins from AR Sales.
• Perform bank payment reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing Chart of Account Balance Sheet.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks from the FAT Manager.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Post adjustment journals for month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Review all and perform journal payments and pay-ins (if needed) from AR Sales.
• Review all and perform bank payment and bank-in reconciliations (if needed).
• Prepare a detailed Chart of Account Balance Sheet for every monthly closing.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks from the FAT Manager and Corporate Finance team.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Create and post adjustment journals/memorial journals for every month-end closing.
