Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Ensure compliance with PSAK (preferably PSAK 73), tax regulations, OJK/BEI reporting, and external audit requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, fund management, and working capital optimization.
• Analyze financial and market data to provide actionable insights for management and strategic business decisions.
• Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, models, and investor/stakeholder reporting materials.
• Coordinate with Auditors, Tax Consultants and regulatory bodies (OJK, BEI) to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
• Monitor and manage financial risks including FX, interest rate exposure, and capital allocation.
• Provide strategic input to the executive team and support investor relations activities.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years of experience as a Finance Accounting Manager.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, databases, bookkeeping/accounting software, and other accounting systems.
• Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company\'s success.
• Critical thinker, team player, and problem-solving skills. Good time-management skills.
• Accuracy, precision, and the capacity to evaluate large volumes of data.
• Thorough knowledge of Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Must have certified Brevet A & B.
