Senior Executive - Public Relations & Corporate Communication
Responsibilities
- Introduce company image & Branding in stakeholder (government, community, association and customer) to gain corporate value
- Prepare publications: video testimonials, press releases, newsletters, articles, and social media content.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, government agencies, partners, and associations in company activities
- Lauch new product & innovative idea
- Support the sales and marketing team with PR activities to attract new clients
- Build and maintain good relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry publications.
- Organize press conferences, company events (incl. webinar), exhibitions, and trade shows related to international logistics.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage company reputation during issues such as operational, internal and/or external problems
- Provide timely and transparent communication to protect the company’s credibility.
- Collaborate with HR to improve employee communication and engagement.
- Support internal newsletters, announcements, and company updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Max 3 years of experience in communication, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain (fresh graduate are welcome).
- Experience in operating camcorder, professional camera and video content
- Strong communication and copywriting skills (English proficiency required).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Creative, storytelling & editing detail-oriented
- Able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Working days Mon-Sat ( 40 hours of work)
