A leading marketing firm in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Executive for Offline Activation & Event. The successful candidate will plan and execute event activations, manage budgets, and evaluate vendors, ensuring maximum exposure within resources. Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential, along with creativity and proficiency in MS Office. Willingness to travel is required.

Event activations, strategic collaborations, and community & partnership engagement events.
Plan and execute event activation activities.
Oversee and control the event activation budget, ensuring financial efficiency and delivering maximum event
exposure within allocated resources.
Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors and agencies to meet quality standards and project timelines for all activations.
Propose and drive innovative activation concepts based on market trends to ensure Project stays competitive and relevant to target audiences.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) required (preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management, but candidates from any field are welcome).
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in Event & Brand Activation or a closely related marketing field.
Must possess strong analytical capabilities and be highly creative, with excellent proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Demonstrate strong project management, and budget management skills.
Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
Must be willing and able to undertake business travel as needed.
