Job description

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive E-Commerce Leader to manage and grow our online sales across multiple marketplace platforms. This role focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring smooth day-to-day E-commerce operations that connect our products with customers

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and operate daily activities across online marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional content.
• Monitor and optimize product performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, marketplace analytics, and promotional performance.
• Support online campaigns, flash sales, and marketing initiatives to increase visibility and sales.
• Lead Marketplace teams for growing

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Has an experience as a Leader/Coordinator
• Ability to communicate English is a Must.
• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or marketplace operations
• Familiar with Tokopedia, Shopee, and other marketplace platforms.
