What you'll do :

• Develop features to support business growth and improve team output
• Code, test, and debug software with high quality standards
• Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and other tech teams to deliver solutions
• Conduct peer reviews within the team
• Plan and design team deliverables quarterly
• Manage production monitoring reports and implement feedback actions
• Own technical scopes or lead a team
• Plan future developments within technical scopes
• Prepare timelines and proposals for review by Engineering managers and CTO
• Lead teams or projects as a technical leader

What you should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong skills in coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining high-performance, scalable software
• Experience with backend microservices (Go), relational databases, search engines, and asynchronous system design
• Proficiency mainly in Go; side projects in Node.js and Python are a plus
• Knowledge of coding best practices in backend development
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage technical risks and work confidently in English
• Good communication skills with team members across business, product, and executive levels
• Strong team player attitude
