We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and manage seller operations on Kredimall. This role will be crucial in building strong relationships with suppliers, driving campaign success, and ensuring overall seller performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new suppliers to become Kredimall sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all suppliers.
• Manage and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives from sellers.
• Curate and select the right product assortment to ensure relevance and competitiveness on Kredimall.
• Monitor and improve seller performance through regular tracking and analysis.
• Schedule and lead monthly performance review meetings with sellers to evaluate results and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing sellers in a marketplace environment, preferably within the gadget/electronics category.
• Strong network and industry knowledge in gadgets/electronics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experienced in gadget category merchandiser in online marketplace is preferable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mindset.
