A leading engineering company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer to identify and develop sales opportunities within the instrumentation market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience in the industry. Strong customer communication skills, teamwork, and a positive customer experience mindset are essential. Proficiency in English and preferably Chinese/Hokkien is desired. This role includes managing long-term relationships and sales administration for specific customer needs.
Identify and develop sales opportunities within the market, both existing and new customers.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Build the long‑term customer relationship and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
Manage the sales administration matters in accordance with the Company and regulation.
Provide market and sales activity report and coordinate with designated business development executive.
