PT. Asia Servitama (CAPSTONE AS) was established in 2005. The company has three business units: Training, Coaching, and Consulting. It has served over 300 national, multinational, state-owned, and government institutions. Currently, PT. AS is opening a new job position: Admin Penjualan dan Keuangan

Responsibilities:
  • Mengupdate database secara rutin serta menjaga relasi dengan clients.
  • Melayani kebutuhan customer baik melalui telepon/WA maupun tatap muka.
  • Membantu atasan untuk memproses data dan informasi keuangan untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan secara akurat
  • Membuat laporan keuangan setiap bulan dan mengirimkannya kepada pihak-pihak terkait
  • Membantu atasan untuk mengontrol perencanaan, pelaporan dan pembayaran kewajiban pajak perusahaan atau yayasan agar efisien, akurat, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan pertaturan pemerintahan yang berlaku.
  • Membantu atasan untuk mengontrol penggunaan anggaran
  • Melakukan transfer kepada berbagai pihak sesuai dengan kebutuhan
  • Mengerjakan berbagai tugas administrasi penjualan dan keuangan lainnya
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang sistem akuntansi
  • Memiliki ketelitian yang baik dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan
  • Bisa mengendarai sepeda motor dengan kendaraan pribadi supaya efisien dalam perjalanan pergi/pulang kerja
  • Bertempat tinggal atau bersedia ngekos di sekitar Jakarta Barat supaya tidak jauh dari kantor
