Job Description

• Conduct outdoor sales by managing customers across various industries
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Travel to conduct in-person meetings with prospective and current clients
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Handle daily sales administrative duties
• Research competitors\' offerings, pricing, and market dynamics
• Use strategic negotiation tactics to secure sales with potential and current clients

Requirements

• Min. diploma degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field
• Min. conversational level of English
• 3-5 years of Sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics companies
• Target-oriented, team player, hard worker
• Possess active SIM A (able to drive manual/automatic cars)
• Willing to work in Balikpapan, including Saturdays (2x/month)
• Preferably has proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
