Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to increase market share and brand visibility for the company's bottled drinking water products.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other industry stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising, promotional, and digital campaigns.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or bottled drinking water industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using relevant sales and marketing tools and technologies.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
