Job Description
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our education center across Indonesia. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to support expansion, increase student enrolment, and strengthen brand presence in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Developing new education centers, especially outside Jakarta areas.
- Marketing & Brand Development
- Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Strengthening brand positioning and awareness in key regions.
- Collaborating with academic and operations teams to align messaging with program offerings.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools, universities, government bodies, and corporate partners.
- Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Ensure consistent and compelling communication across all touchpoints.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Sales & Marketing Director should communicate in both English and Bahasa, and ideally come from education or professional / business service sector. Other requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. And international education will be highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in education, or service industries.
- Proven track record of driving growth in a scaling organization.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively.
- Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
