Job Responsibilities

• Develop and propose sales plans and load growth strategies in line with market trends
• Design and implement effective marketing strategies

• Continuously improve departmental systems and contribute to strategic planning
• Ensure effective coordination within the department and with other divisions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• 6–10 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or 3+ years as Assistant Manager in Marketing or Account Executive roles, ideally within the electrical or power plant industry
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, mechanical equipment, or energy solutions
• Experience in managing B2B sales, tenders, and corporate clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willing to be based in Cikarang
• Proven track record in executing effective sales and marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and drive data-based decisions
• Familiarity with the energy, utilities, or power generation sectors
• Demonstrated success in leading projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
