Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Indonesia to drive and grow our sales efforts across enterprise customers, OEM hardware partners, and channel initiatives in the government, industrial, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. This role is focused on executing the Indonesia go-to-market plan, expanding key accounts, and building strong partner-led revenue streams within the local ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise sales execution, technical fluency, and hands‑on experience navigating Indonesia’s regulatory, procurement, and partner landscape.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute Indonesia Sales Plan: support and execute the Indonesia sales strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives. Focus on enterprise account development, partner-led opportunities, and recurring revenue growth.

  • Drive Revenue and Pipeline Growth: deliver assigned revenue targets for Indonesia through proactive pipeline generation, opportunity management, and account expansion. Focus on priority verticals such as government, healthcare, and smart manufacturing.

  • Manage Enterprise and OEM Accounts: own day‑to‑day relationships with key enterprise customers and hardware OEMs. Understand customer technical requirements, procurement processes, and compliance needs to position scalable Edge AI solutions effectively.

  • Develop and Enable Channel & SI Partners: identify, onboard, and grow relationships with system integrators, ISVs, and channel partners in Indonesia. Support joint sales activities, partner enablement, and co‑selling motions.

  • Communicate Technical Value of Edge AI: present and articulate the business and technical value of Edge AI and computer vision solutions to technical stakeholders, procurement teams, and business decision‑makers.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate closely with regional leadership and global product, marketing, and engineering teams to support local deals, customer feedback loops, and go‑to‑market execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar preferred).

  • 7–10 years of enterprise sales or business development experience in high-tech or industrial technology sectors.

  • Proven experience working with hardware OEMs, enterprise customers, and channel partners in Indonesia.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, solution-based sales environments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills within the Indonesia ecosystem.

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

  • Willingness to travel as needed within Indonesia.

Location

This is a remote role based in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area or West Java, with frequent travel to customer and partner sites across Indonesia. Proximity to major enterprise, government, technology, and industrial hubs (e.g., Jakarta, Bekasi, Karawang) is very strongly preferred.
