Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team in Jakarta. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of processors, specifically focusing on Intel and AMD products, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and target key clients and market segments for processor sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or computer hardware industry.
- Strong knowledge of processors, with a focus on Intel and AMD products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
