Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B clients in packaging, printing, and manufacturing industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence domestically and internationally.
- Set clear sales goals and provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the Sales Team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, production, and customer service teams to deliver effective packaging solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analysis for management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing, manufacturing, and/or FMCG – preferable from Personal Care, Skin Care, or Beauty Categories; or related industries.
- Proven experience in handling key accounts or managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel for client visits, meetings, and exhibitions.
