Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow new business opportunities.
  • Lead online & offline canvassing efforts to expand the leads pipeline.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial deals based on client needs and market trends.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers understand and maximize the value of our products/services.
  • Drive user performance by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace operations and customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches for business growth.
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record in the marketplace, agency, or omnichannel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
