Job summary

This position will be based in Pulomas, East Jakarta, and involves occasional overseas travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager role.
• Experience managing projects and initiatives that drive sales performance.
• Willing to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Basic Operation (BASO), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Incentive Initiatives.
• Lead automation process SFE and incentive reports.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales Team on developing effective marketing and sales strategy.
