About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT Intimap (IntelliTrac GPS). In this full-time position based in Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), you will play a crucial role in driving new business development for our company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and conducting market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed your individual and team\'s sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Mining, GPS or heavy equipment selling sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a keen focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
