About the Company
We are a technology company based in Bandung supporting U.S.-based B2B software products. One of our core products is a data and catalog platform used by other software companies and partners to power integrations, product data, and operational workflows.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to own outbound and inbound sales for this platform and help grow adoption among B2B customers.
About the Role
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling a B2B SaaS product to qualified prospects, primarily in the U.S. market.
This is a hands-on sales role, focused on:
- Prospecting
- Running demos
- Managing deals
- Closing new customers
You will work closely with product and leadership to refine messaging, identify ideal customer profiles, and improve the sales process as the product grows.
This is not a customer support or account management role.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Identify and engage potential B2B customers
- Manage the full sales cycle:
- Prospecting
- Discovery calls
- Product demos
- Proposal and closing
- Follow up with inbound leads and outbound prospects
- Maintain accurate deal tracking in the CRM
Product & Market Understanding
- Learn the product deeply and clearly communicate its value
- Understand customer use cases and pain points
- Provide feedback to product and leadership based on sales conversations
- Help refine positioning and ideal customer profiles
Pipeline & Reporting
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Track deals, activities, and progress consistently
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and closed revenue
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- B2B sales
- SaaS sales
- Business development
- Comfortable selling software products to business customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to run sales calls and demos independently
- Comfortable working in a fully English-speaking environment
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Bandung
Nice to Have
- Experience selling:
- SaaS platforms
- Data, API, or infrastructure products
- Experience selling to:
- U.S.-based customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage product environment

- Consistent, qualified sales pipeline
- Deals progressing through the funnel
- Closed customers using the product successfully
- Clear feedback loop between sales and product
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: IDR 12,000,000 – 18,000,000 per month (gross), depending on experience
- Commission / performance incentives based on closed deals
- Full-time, on-site role in Bandung
- Opportunity to grow into Senior Sales or Sales Lead
- High ownership and direct impact on product growth
