Job description
SALES EXECUTIVE (B2B HoReCa & Foodservice) - Beverage Powder Premix
  • Acquire and manage B2B customers in HoReCa & Foodservice (cafés, restaurants, beverage booths/stalls, and foodservice operators, etc.)
  • Build pipeline and maintain accurate forecast and weekly activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign support, and consistent customer experience
  • Initiate and execute co‑marketing activations with customers (e.g., new menu launches, bundle promos, social media/content collaboration) to drive trial and repeat orders
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross‑selling and account expansion
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in foodservice ingredients
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets (revenue, active accounts, retention)
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa/Foodservice
  • Strong advantage if you have sold powder premix / beverage ingredients / syrups / dairy powders / FMCG foodservice
  • Proven track record hitting targets and closing new accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfortable with field visits and mobility within assigned area
  • Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor (flexible for strong track record)
