Job description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Engineer based in Medan, North Sumatra, reporting to the sales management team at PT Arianto Darmawan. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its client base in the local market.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions

Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the company's offerings

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with new and existing clients

Providing post-sales support and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the sales industry

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, and Electrical engineering.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers

Problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales deals

Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Medan, North Sumatra

Having driver license of type A.
