PT Indojaya Mitra Sarana is a leading provider of process analyzer and automation solutions in Indonesia. We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and help drive our continued growth and success.

As a Sales Engineer, you will combine your technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills to provide expert solutions to customers across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge instrumentation and automation technologies while developing strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers on the selection, installation, and operation of our instrumentation and automation products.
  • Conducting on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Providing post-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Instrumentation, Physics, Chemicals, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in process instrumentation, analyzers, automation systems, or related industries.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia for customer visits and site support.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
