Job Description
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners.
  • Identify and establish new distribution channels to expand market reach.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Sales Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Analyze market trends to forecast sales and identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Logistics and Inventory Control:
    • Ensure timely delivery of products to distributors and customers.
    • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Supervise and train the sales and distribution team to achieve targets.
    • Provide regular performance updates and feedback to team members.
    • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to align strategies and goals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track sales performance metrics and analyze data to assess distribution effectiveness.

Requirement
