Our client is a Finance company. Currently, they are looking for Sales & Collection Executive Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate board decisions into actionable plans at the operational level.
• Manage KPIs and drive operational improvements.
• Supervise and guide managers to maximize overall organizational performance.
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategic plans.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Monitor and evaluate progress toward business goals.
• Report progress and key updates to Japanese management.
• Other duties also assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree.
• Have working experience as sales in finance industry more than 15 years (Prefer automobile finance industry).
• Have more than 3 years of management (above senior manager level).
