Job description

Overview

• Responsible for sales and technical support to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide technical product application requirements to customers (e.g., troubleshooting, application introduction and product training).
• Support and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Provide technical training to the sales team.
• Understand customers’ area of research to introduce suitable products to them.
• Participate in sales meetings to share information gathered from the market.
• Plan and execute marketing activities: seminars, CME, workshop and exhibition.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Chemistry, Biology or related studies (Chemistry, Molecular Biology or related fields).
• Study or working experience related to molecular biology research/molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Experience with ELISA and fully automated instruments.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in applications or technical support for biotechnology or diagnostic products.
• Knowledge of molecular biology topics.
• Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), RT-PCR, PCR, DNA or RNA.
• Able to work independently and as a good team player.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
• Able to travel locally and outstation.
