Job Description:

Our client, a leading U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, is renowned for its extensive and innovative product range.

Oversee and coordinate lab and field operations to meet client expectations.

Present and propose product solutions and applications to clients.

Address and resolve precast/concrete issues at batching plants and job sites, offering technical advice and solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel, particularly Technical, QC, and Optimization Managers.

Stay informed about material changes, market trends, and project specifications in the precast/concrete industry.

Analyze and understand the competition to stay ahead in the market.

Provide training on products and precast applications to commercial teams and clients, ensuring performance meets project requirements.

Identify and pursue precast opportunities, offering solutions and securing business, while summarizing and reviewing activities with supervisors weekly.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

At least 3 years of experience in related industries, with expertise in precast/concrete technology and field troubleshooting considered a strong advantage.

Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Capable of working independently with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a focus on results.

Proficient in Malay and English. Knowledge of additional dialects is a plus.
