General Description

Rewards Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. This role requires someone who can strategize effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and culture.
  2. Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish clear objectives and key performance indicators for rewards initiatives.
  4. Lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive and equitable compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and bonuses.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis and salary surveys to maintain salary structures that attract and retain top talent.
  6. Provide guidance and support to people partners and managers on compensation-related matters e.g. retention and counter offers.
  7. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and other benefits.
  8. Evaluate existing benefits offerings and recommend enhancements or modifications to ensure they remain competitive and cost-effective.
  9. Serve as the primary liaison with benefit vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
  10. Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs that reinforce organizational values and foster a culture of appreciation.
  11. Partner with internal stakeholders to align recognition initiatives with employee performance and business outcomes.
  12. Utilize HRIS and other data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret employee data related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
  13. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends to influence decision-making.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis.
  15. Location : Jakarta / Bandung
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, methodologies, and market trends.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team in the HR or rewards function.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
