We are looking for a high-performing Marketing/Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

The sales and marketing manager is responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities for the organization.

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors.
  • Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
  • Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
Qualifications
  • Preferably having experience as Marketing/Sales of Cookware & Home Appliances at Distributor and Retail company (Offline & Online).
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
  • Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
