We are looking for a Restaurant Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving service, quality, and financial objectives. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to engage with guests and stakeholders.
You will lead and develop the restaurant team, ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, manage cost control and inventory, and work closely with Culinary and Operations teams to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day
Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
Control costs, inventory, and revenue performance
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guests
What We Need From You
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a hotel or resort
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
