Overview

Relationship Officer SME - Banjarmasin

Responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of SME Lending accounts. The RO is expected to maintain account handling in accordance with the predetermined portfolio size.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Follow-Up of Potential Debtors
  • Prepare call reports and progress reports related to prospecting activities and/or credit application processes.
  • Conduct marketing calls and visits to prospective debtors to identify and understand their financial needs.
  • Provide information to potential debtors regarding available credit facilities and loan products offered by Maybank Indonesia
  • Inform potential debtors about the approval or rejection of their credit facility applications.
  • Prepare and submit credit proposals based on customer needs and internal guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience as RO SME Banking 3 years
  • Proficiency in selling skills, credit analysis, and knowledge of lending products.
  • Understanding of credit management principles.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity
