In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Growth Account Executives across Southern Europe and emerging markets, driving revenue generation and expanding customer relationships. You will shape the regional sales strategy, build strong internal and external partnerships, and support your team in navigating complex sales cycles. The position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, engage with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in scaling a fast-growing technology ecosystem. You will guide your team through a consultative sales approach, ensuring clear value articulation and effective deal execution. Accountabilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team to exceed revenue targets and elevate performance.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while establishing clear territories, quotas, and goals.
- Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with broader strategic objectives.
- Support account executives in deal cycles, meeting prospects, strategizing, and helping close complex opportunities.
- Prepare the team for key business reviews, including quarterly and half-yearly sessions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Solution Engineering, R&D, and Customer Support to drive regional success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams and at least 8 years in direct sales roles.
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record of shaping and closing seven-figure strategic deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience with MEDDPICC methodology and with ROI or cost modeling for customer education.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering results.
- Nice to have: background in technical applications, familiarity with open-source environments, multilingual capabilities (English, French, Spanish, Italian), and experience leading teams across multiple regions.
